Located on Ferin Road

ACT met Greg Doucette at a landowner forum in 2007. Over the years ACT kept in touch, and in 2014 the owners re-contacted ACT about donating this 40 acre property, because they were moving out of the area. The Doucette Property connects to thousands of acres of already protected land. It is also near ACT’s Broadhurst Point property, opening more recreation possibilities. A timber harvest had been completed by the Doucettes’ prior to donating the land to ACT. ACT has started establishing trails through the property, and could use more help to complete this task.
